These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Intertwined Universes CCG ("the Game"), operated by Roshiroku ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Registration
To access online features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
2. Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Game.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Game, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to game servers or other players' accounts
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (please report them instead)
- Share your account credentials with others or use another person's account
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including but not limited to artwork, card designs, game mechanics, text, music, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
5. Game Content and Virtual Items
Virtual items within the Game (including cards, decks, and cosmetics) have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove any game content at any time to improve the gameplay experience.
6. Early Access and Development
The Game is currently in active development. Features, content, and game balance may change significantly. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue to improve the Game.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Game available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases and your account data may be deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Game or via email. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
